I am not familiar with Victoria businesses or the work of McAdams, so I appreciate the woman who took my order over the phone. She was very willing to talk to me about choices as I viewed their website. I call florists all over the place and they're not usually very familiar with their own company's website. She made suggestions and was patient. On the invoice she emailed to me after, there was a note about the type of arrangements and the things I mentioned wanting. I don't know what the flowers will look like in the end, but I appreciate her great customer service!

Great arrangement with very fresh flowers. And The delivery person was so awesome. He called me when we weren’t home and delivered them to my next-door neighbors and they were safe and sound until we returned home. The arrangement was beautiful and was full of very fresh and full flowers! And the arrangement made my wife very happy! Happy wife, happy life!!!

They were so awesome. I needed flowers delivered at a certain time THE NEXT DAY they created a beautiful array of roses went above and beyond to send me pictures before they delivered let me also say we went to 2 other florists here in Victoriawho couldnt deliver on the time frame i needed

Ann was absolutely lovely she helped me find two beautiful arrangements for the grandmother and wife of a dear friend who recently passed. She was sympathetic and kind. I really appreciate her patience and the attentiveness she gave me. I love the beautiful flowers they are fresh high quality and the arrangements are so artistically put together in lovely vases. Great florist shop. Highly recommended.

I sent my mother a beautiful arrangement of flowers for her birthday with same day delivery, and was amazed when she sent me a picture of them. They are every bit as beautiful as the picture that was advertised and she said they were in incredible condition. I will definitely be ordering from this shop again. -- Update, three years later. I live in a different city than my mom and I have ordered from McAdams every single time I want to send her something. My rating hasn't changed and every single arrangement I've ordered has always gotten to her quicker than I would have expected and is always equally as beautiful. The customer service is always kind and thorough. I will continue to support this local shop! <3

Very helpful when I called at 2:30pm for a same day delivery. The woman I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. Thank yall so much for doing my last minute delivery to a friend in the hospital. I will DEFINITELY be back!

I would like to thank all the Women who helped put my order together. I wasn't able to be there in person so I left the decision up to the ladies. I ordered a dozen roses and two balloons. The roses were delivered right on time perfectly bloomed and the balloons were perfect. Appreciate all of you.

You made my mom’s day! I had a gorgeous birthday bouquet delivered using the online ordering on the website. She was so pleased she sent me a photo, and it was just as great as the website photo. A week later, they still look beautiful! Thank you McAdams Floral!

Ordered prom corsgaes. They helped us pick out what we needed to go with the dress. Easy to order and pick up. They turned out beautiful.
